The challenge is to prepare dishes which will highlight the use of Pleurotus Mushroom (OYSTER MUSHROOM) as the main Ingredient.
The event was covered by Bombo Radio Dagupan headed by Oliver Licay Dacumoos and RNG (Regional News Group) from Baguio City.
