FLORIDABLANCA, PAMPANGA – In a decisive move toward modernizing waste management and environmental protection, Mayor Julius conducted a high-level site visit to the Floridablanca Enviro Corporation (FEC) today, March 13, 2026.
Arriving at 10:00 a.m., the Mayor was accompanied by a dedicated technical entourage, including:

Ensuring Efficacy and Safety
The tour began with a comprehensive video presentation detailing the facility’s operations. As a premier sanitary landfill, FEC provides a sophisticated system for proper waste disposal that aligns with national environmental standards.
Mayor Julius emphasized that his personal presence at the facility was vital to ensure the efficacy of this partnership. By inspecting the site firsthand, the Mayor sought to guarantee that the transition to this facility would lead to a safer, more environmentally friendly municipality for all residents.

During the technical meeting, the municipal delegation met with the FEC leadership team, including General Manager Ric Delgado, Business Development Officer Roy Ledesma, Business Development Manager Bianca Coronel, Pollution Control Officer Joshua Quiambao, and Operations Manager Nestor Bendulo.
