  • About the Service: The Santa Maria Emergency Response Team was reorganized on April 19 2022 trained by Pangasinan Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office on Basic Life Support and Water Search and Rescue and was under the supervision of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office of the Local Government Unit of Pangasinan. Their role is to locate, stabilize and safely extract a casualty from the confined space and deliver them to the medical emergency services.
